We have always maintained the reputation of having one of the most modern and well maintained fleets of equipment in Western Canada and therefore we expect the very best operators to run it and the best support staff to ensure that our customers expectations are exceeded every time.
Our strict prequalification process for all new employees includes mandatory drug and alcohol pre-screening, as well as fitness pretesting for all labour intensive positions such as Truck Drivers, Heavy Equipment Technicians and Field Labourers. We also follow up with random testing throughout the company to ensure that our expectations are continually met. Once these steps are completed everyone must go through our internal orientation procedure plus the orientation training for the clients they will be working for. Once this process is complete it provides our people with the necessary training and rescreening before they go to work in the field.
